Refund Policy for Playbloom
At Playbloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you can return it in line with the terms outlined below.
Our Returns Policy
Change of Mind:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know if you’d like to return an item.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement.
You may be asked to provide proof of the issue, such as photos.
Exclusions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of teething toys or other baby items that have been used, unless they are faulty.
Customised or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at customerservices@playbloom.co.uk to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and any necessary return labels.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- If the item is returned due to change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs.
